From wagyu burgers and fried chicken, to an exclusive market menu featuring seasonal produce from local Boulder farms, Rooted has something for everyone.
Del Mar Coastal Oyster & Raw Bar, located in Avanti Denver F&B. is the Second installment from Chef Nicholas Kayser. Del Mar features seasonal selections of both East and West Coast Oysters, Build Your Own Poke Bowls, and coastal classics such as New England Clam Chowder,and Po’ Boys. All of our seafood selections are sustainably fished, and procured through the highest quality of purveyors.
With his roots implanted all around the state of Colorado, Chef Kayser has made his way around the world through kitchens, but has always called this wonderful state home.
